A crowded cleaning cupboard costs more than money.

Cleanliness and hygiene mirror the entire business and strongly influence buying behaviour. In daily operations, both rarely fail for lack of will – they fail because of too many products, wrong dosing and missing structure.

Too many specialist products

A separate product for every surface: expensive to buy, confusing to store, error-prone to use.

Product mix-ups

The wrong product on the wrong surface causes material damage and, in the worst case, endangers health.

Dosing by gut feeling

Overdosing costs money and burdens the environment – underdosing means rework and higher water consumption.

Heavy containers, lots of waste

Buying ready-diluted cleaners means transporting mostly water – and disposing of far too much packaging.

Disinfection that attacks surfaces

Alcohol-based surface disinfectants wear down sensitive surfaces such as acrylic glass, screw fittings and PVC over time.

Missing documentation

Cleaning happens every day – but without plans and records, official inspections hit a gap in the evidence.

Fewer products. More system.

Öko Clean organises complete facility cleaning and hand hygiene with a colour-code system: every product has its area, every surface its plan, every dose its technology. Cleanliness stops being a matter of chance and becomes routine – economical, ecological and audit-proof.

Six products for perfect results.

Five cleaners with a broad range of applications and one alcohol-free surface disinfectant cover the entire facility – each product with its own colour code.

Use: dishes & washable surfaces

Universal surface & dishwashing cleaner

Neutral washing-up liquid with excellent grease-dissolving power for glass, plastics, enamel and painted surfaces – 2 to 4 ml per litre of water is enough.

Use: kitchen, grill & oven

Degreaser eco

Dissolves burnt-in grease and roasting residue on grills, ovens, extractor hoods, deep fryers and combi steamers – ready to use and eco-certified.

Use: glass, display cases & stainless steel

Glass cleaner eco

Dries quickly and streak-free, ammonia-free – also suitable for window frames, chrome and stainless steel. Eco-certified.

Use: sanitary areas

Sanitary cleaner fresh

Gentle maintenance cleaning with active citric acid power – for tiles, ceramics, washbasins and all acid-resistant materials.

Use: floors

Maintenance cleaner Feinstein eco

Penetrates the micropores of porcelain stoneware, tiles, cotto and clinker and dissolves oil and grease – manually or in cleaning machines. Eco-certified.

Use: disinfection

Alcohol-free surface disinfection

Full disinfection that is gentle on your equipment – including sensitive surfaces such as acrylic glass, screw fittings and PVC.

On top of that come three hand hygiene products – washing lotion, hand disinfectant and hand cream, including dispensers – because operational hygiene is only complete with clean hands. Accessories range from professional wipes to spray heads, dosing caps and an automated dosing unit.

Cleanliness that pays off.

Fewer items, fewer wrong choices

Five colour-coded cleaners instead of a crowded cupboard – short training, no mix-ups, less material damage.

Long coverage

Concentrates in one-litre containers: less transport weight, less packaging waste, easy to dispose of once emptied.

Dose instead of guess

Dosing units and dosing caps deliver optimal results with the lowest possible product and water consumption.

Audited eco-labels

The eco products carry the EU Ecolabel and the Austrian Ecolabel – with proven cleaning performance.

Audit-proof documentation

Cleaning plans, mandatory wall charts and web-based reporting prevent complaints from the authorities.

Frequently asked questions

Are five cleaners really enough for everything?

For day-to-day facility cleaning, yes – that is the core of the concept. The products are designed to be multifunctional rather than keeping a specialist product for every surface. That saves storage space, packaging and above all wrong choices.

Why is the surface disinfection alcohol-free?

Because it protects your equipment: the alcohol-free surface disinfectant delivers full disinfection even on sensitive surfaces such as acrylic glass, screw fittings and other PVC surfaces that alcohol-based products attack over time.

Is hand hygiene part of the concept?

Yes. Three hand hygiene products – washing lotion, hand disinfectant and hand cream – form the basis together with the matching dispensers. In commercial settings, facility cleaning and hand hygiene are inseparable; only in combination do they add up to complete operational hygiene.

Are the products eco-certified?

The eco products – degreaser eco, glass cleaner eco and maintenance cleaner Feinstein eco – carry the EU Ecolabel and the Austrian Ecolabel. Both require proof that the products are biodegradable, economically packaged and clean at least as well as comparable conventional products.

Why does correct dosing matter so much?

Too much product costs money and burdens waste water; too little means rework and higher water consumption. Dosing units, dosing caps and dosing guidance take that decision out of daily operations – the cleaning solution is right every time.

What happens to our current cleaning products?

We review together what you use today and switch over step by step. As a rule, the item list shrinks considerably in the process.

Does our team get an introduction?

Yes. The changeover includes training on handling, dosing and application, along with the wall charts and plans for your rooms – from the cleaning and disinfection plan to the skin protection and hand hygiene plan.

How does the system help with official inspections?

Area-specific cleaning plans, mandatory wall charts and documentation templates prevent complaints from the authorities. The web-based controlling and reporting tool documents inspection results and provides access to data sheets, templates and application videos.
